Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic Corporate Controller to oversee the full scope of accounting operations for a growing, multi‑entity organization. This role requires a proven leader with strong technical accounting skills, a deep understanding of U.S. GAAP, and the ability to drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead all accounting functions including general ledger, order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, cost accounting, payroll, and intercompany transactions. Manage and mentor accounting staff, fostering a collaborative, high‑performance culture. Oversee month‑end close processes and prepare consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting and tax requirements. Partner with FP&A and operations to provide financial insight and strategic decision support. Drive process efficiency through automation, documentation, and workflow standardization. Develop and maintain internal control frameworks to safeguard company assets and ensure reporting accuracy. Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit timelines and deliverables. Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing financial visibility to leadership. Implement change management initiatives that enhance team performance and operational scalability. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or MBA strongly preferred. 5–8 years of experience in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role, ideally within a manufacturing or production‑driven environment. Advanced understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with modern ERP systems. Demonstrated experience driving process improvements and leading system implementations.
