$46,600.00/yr - $76,800.00/yr Job Overview Opportunity for a highly motivated individual to assist our branch offices in understanding the concepts behind how they are compensated through incoming calls and written requests from branch associates. These contacts cover a wide variety of topics including explaining and troubleshooting Commissions, Profitability, Bonus, Payroll, and Expenses. What You Will Do

Responsible as a phone service representative, spending a great deal of time answering phone calls Answer incoming requests related to branch expenses to include Financial Advisor compensation Work independently with branch associates to solve problems Work in partnership with team members to provide support as needed Provide branch associates with information, friendly support and reliable solutions Respond to branch associates while meeting call quality and efficiency expectations Understand industry laws and regulations Participate in monthly department meetings and periodic training sessions Exhibit mastery of knowledge of all topics supported by the department to research questions which are detailed and complex May represent department in projects and stakeholder roles and work collaboratively with other areas Assist leader in managing workflow and act in a leadership capacity in the absence of a leader Act as a mentor/coach through assist line, escalations and/or department training as needed Qualifications & Skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving skills Prior customer service experience preferred (3-5 years) Technical aptitude preferred Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment Leadership & Work Environment Demonstrate organizational skill and time management Workflow management skills Coaching skills Advanced analytical and research skills Candidates living within a commutable distance from Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday Hybrid/Location Note Current internal home-based associates: while this role is posted as hybrid, if selected and accepted, you may retain your home-based status. Edward Jones intends to continue offering the role as home-based, though future business or regulatory needs may require on-site work. Benefits
