Biola University is seeking a passionate and relational
Undergraduate Admissions Counselor
to help shape the next generation of Christian scholars, leaders, and innovators. In this role, you’ll connect with prospective students and families, inspire them to explore Biola’s vibrant academic and spiritual community, and guide them through every step of the enrollment journey. Responsibilities
Build relationships
with prospective freshman and transfer students through campus visits, calls, emails, texts, and events. Strategically manage a recruitment territory —analyzing data, coordinating travel, and cultivating partnerships with schools, churches, and counselors. Present Biola’s story —sharing our academic excellence, spiritual life, and distinctive Christian perspective at college fairs, high schools, and on-campus events. Review applications and make admissions decisions , managing a caseload of 300–500 students annually. Collaborate across campus
with faculty, staff, and student ambassadors to plan and execute key recruitment events such as Biola Preview Day, Admitted Student Day, and New Student Orientation. Details
