Partner with business leaders to understand business needs and develop and execute Human Capital strategies that drive organizational performance and growth. Drive workforce planning and talent acquisition; develop and implement new strategies to attract and retain top talent. Support performance management processes; provide coaching and guidance to leaders on improving team member performance. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management in resolving workplace challenges. Foster a productive, positive and inclusive workplace culture that promotes our strategic goal of Employer of Choice. Help leaders identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills. Promote leadership development and support succession planning initiatives. Support organizational change initiatives through communication and employee engagement. Collaborate with Human Capital team and leadership to ensure competitive and equitable compensation practices. Process weekly payroll. Administer leave management program. Support benefits administration, safety, and workers compensation. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration required (8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HR role accepted in lieu of degree). 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HRBP or strategic HR role required. Bilingual preferred. SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Required Competencies

Demonstrated experience in coaching leaders and managing complex employee relations matters. Strong business acumen and ability to influence leadership. Interprets data to inform HR strategies and problem-solving. Able to work in a team-oriented setting, as well as independently. Proficient knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Proficiency in HRIS and LMS. Paylocity and Dayforce preferred. Work Environment

The work environment is in an office setting, located within a manufacturing factory and warehouse. This position is based in a professional office setting. The role requires regular use of computer software and enterprise systems, handling confidential information, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The environment is fast-paced and deadline-driven, requiring strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. When on the factory floor, you will encounter a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, moderate noise levels, and varying temperatures.
