Position Summary As a strategic partner and trusted advisor, the Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our multi‑site RF&M business. The HRBP collaborates closely with plant leadership to drive employee engagement, organizational development, and ensure scalable HR solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with divisional leaders and cross‑functional teams to drive business success and create an empowered workforce.
Design and execute HR strategies that align with divisional goals, setting performance metrics that foster accountability and excellence.
Lead talent acquisition efforts, ensuring we attract and hire top talent who thrive in a high‑performance culture.
Develop and champion employee growth programs, building leadership pipelines and supporting career advancement across the division.
Support and lead change initiatives, helping teams navigate transitions with resilience and a focus on continuous improvement.
Implement and maintain HR policies that evolve with the business, ensuring compliance while empowering employee innovation and success.
Safeguard HR data integrity and drive the use of accurate, reliable information to support smart decision‑making.
Build and maintain a proactive compliance management system, minimizing risks and strengthening the company’s culture of ethics and integrity.
Monitor, investigate, and educate on compliance issues, leading initiatives that promote a strong, values‑driven workplace.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
8 to 10 years of progressive HR management experience.
Experience managing/mentoring teams.
Specific experience in a multi‑site, multi‑state manufacturing organization.
Extensive knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
Experience negotiating union contracts.
Demonstrated success in managing employee performance and driving succession planning.
Experience leading HR compliance efforts, ensuring audit readiness.
Experience overseeing a comprehensive Drug‑Free Workplace Program.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
Preferred certification: PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, or SHRM‑SCP.

Compensation Pay range: $140,000 – $175,000 DOE per year, plus incentive compensation.
