Contracts Specialist
to join their team based in

100% in-office (No hybrid or remote schedule available) Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday Work type:
12-month contract with possibility for extension or direct hire for the right candidate Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including planning, negotiation, execution, and post-award administration. Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial agreements such as EPC, MSA, and PSA contracts. Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies while ensuring contract compliance. Collaborate with legal, project management, finance, and operations teams to support contract execution. Ensure alignment with procurement principles, risk management best practices, and corporate policies. Support dispute resolution, contract amendments, and performance evaluations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field. Minimum 5+ years of contract management experience, preferably in the energy sector (Owner’s Side). Proven experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements. Strong understanding of contract law, procurement principles, and risk mitigation. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. NCMA or supply chain certifications (CPSM, CCCM, CPCM, CSCP, MCIPS) preferred Seniority level
