Regional Director, Commercial Sales (Mid Atlantic) – Crestron Electronics. Responsibilities

Experience managing a local and regional sales team, differentiating Channel sales efforts from indirect and other partnership initiatives in the commercial dealer network. Ensure that your team executes the requirements expected of all sales professionals at Crestron. Directly calling on key customers and managing dealer and end-user program utilization in your region. Cultivating and managing deep relationships with executive-level clients. Reporting to the VP of Sales, frequent communication of challenges and opportunities with the Executive Staff. Cross-functional communication and collaboration with adjacent department managers. Qualifications

Demonstrates deep awareness and understanding of the regional market with the ability to deliver business value to Crestron’s Commercial dealer network and build on customer relationships. Minimum 7 years of Audio-Visual, Unified Communications or technical integration products/services experience in a sales leadership capacity. College/University degree preferred. Experience with Salesforce (or other) CRM required. Self-motivated with a proven track record of sales to corporate leadership. Able to communicate effectively with customers, partners, consultants, and engineers; working knowledge of Crestron’s products and software. Knowledge of procurement policies and information and facilities management within a large organization. Regional Director must live within the sales region (VA, MD, DE, Southern NJ, PA) or live in a bordering state to the territory. Valid U.S. Driver’s License required. This role will require travel, including car, train, or airplane travel (approximately 70%). Benefits
