Senior Technical Governance Manager role focused on advancing technical governance frameworks and ensuring the integrity and compliance of AI/ML systems. The successful candidate will safeguard data protection and align with internal standards, contributing to the strategic direction of operations. Key Responsibilities
Develop and enhance technical governance frameworks to manage risks in AI/ML systems, ensuring compliance with data protection laws and internal standards. Create and implement audit processes for AI models to address privacy, InfoSec, and legal risks. Maintain an AI Risk Register to identify and track risks across client products and operations. Collaborate with Privacy, InfoSec, Legal, and AI/ML teams to improve governance controls. Prepare reports and dashboards for senior leadership and regulatory bodies, highlighting AI system risks and mitigations. Stay updated on global privacy regulations and AI standards to ensure frameworks meet new requirements. Skills Required
8+ years in technical governance, model risk management, or auditing in regulated or tech sectors. Strong understanding of AI/ML systems and governance challenges like bias and transparency. Expertise in privacy/data protection frameworks for AI/ML systems. Familiarity with model audit frameworks and compliance best practices. Ability to build and scale governance processes in complex tech environments. Strong technical literacy to communicate privacy risks to diverse audiences. About SSi People
