RPS is seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead a high-performing, sales-driven team focused on growth and profitability. This strategic leadership role involves recruiting and mentoring top production talent, overseeing branch operations, and driving market engagement through regular travel and client interaction. The ideal candidate will champion succession planning, foster a collaborative branch culture, and align local goals with broader corporate strategies. How You'll Make An Impact

Leads a sales-driven team, actively recruiting, developing, and mentoring production talent to drive branch growth and profitability. Regular travel to engage with clients, producers, carrier partners and stakeholders to represent the branch in broader market and leadership forums. Oversees branch operations, including administrative, financial, and data processing functions, while delegating tactical tasks to empower strategic leadership. Develops and executes succession planning, including identifying and mentoring junior branch managers and sub-leaders to ensure continuity and scalability. Collaborates with regional and corporate leadership to align branch goals with broader organizational strategies, including compensation modeling and structural evolution. Makes strategic decisions regarding branch staffing, including internal promotions and external hires, and manages transitions with sensitivity to team dynamics and communication. Maintains and enhances branch culture, fostering collaboration and trust while ensuring operational excellence and compliance with company standards. Coordinates special projects such as branch consolidations, leadership development pilots, and compensation restructuring to support long-term growth. Partners with HR and Finance to ensure competitive compensation structures, balancing base salary, bonus eligibility, and draw models to attract top talent. Supports sales enablement and training, ensuring new hires and existing producers receive the guidance and resources needed to succeed. About You

Required: Bachelor’s degree and 7 years related experience. Understands accepted insurance practices and principles. Has general knowledge of computer operating and network systems as well as technological knowledge to facilitate decisions regarding branch. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent business development and sales capabilities, with a track record of achieving revenue targets. Demonstrates a proactive mindset in exploring industry trends and applying innovative practices to insurance and financial operations. Transportation experience preferred Demonstrates agility in navigating evolving market dynamics, proactively adjusting strategies and operational priorities to align with shifting business conditions and customer needs.
