a Vice President of Finance & Administration
who excels at strategic leadership, financial stewardship, and operational excellence to support our mission. The Vice President of Finance & Administration is responsible for leading the organization's financial and administrative functions, ensuring strong fiscal management, operational efficiency, and compliance. This role strengthens overall organizational capacity with a primary focus on financial strategy, budgeting, risk management, and reporting - all while upholding the highest standards of accountability and safety. This individual will also fully embody BGCWC's DNA Culture Code and amplify it to their teams.
