Senior Analyst, Advanced Analytics - Direct Distribution (Call Center Sales Analytics) Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking a Senior Analyst, Advanced Analytics for Direct Distribution (Call Center Sales Analytics) within US Retail Markets (USRM) Direct Distribution Analytics, part of Liberty Mutual’s Insights & Solutions group. The role focuses on supporting the Direct Response Center (DRC) optimization portfolio by delivering quantitative insights and data-driven recommendations to improve the DRC sales experience.

Base pay range: $82,000.00/yr - $157,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Utilize a variety of tools and data sources to lead analysis focused on enhancing the DRC sales experience through customer segmentation

Lead workstreams independently and cross-functionally, providing stakeholders with recommendations for future enhancements and answering complex questions by synthesizing data from multiple sources

Analyze business metrics to plan, size, and prioritize new opportunities for implementation

Query, curate, and manipulate large datasets from multiple platforms to deliver insights for critical business decisions

Balance multiple tasks, communicate proactively with stakeholders, and adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment

Prepare and deliver presentations for a wide range of audiences, including influencing senior leadership on key priorities and decisions

Collaborate with front-line leaders, Operational Analytics, agile squads, and Operational Enablement to identify opportunities and prioritize solutions

Tie quantitative and qualitative insights to inform prioritization of work supporting front-line sales agents

Balance profitability and growth in pursuing Segmentation and Direct Monetization goals

Think critically and holistically to drive a cohesive strategy across the Direct ecosystem

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 3 years (typically 4+), or equivalent experience

Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or other quantitative field preferred

Advanced knowledge of data sources, tools, statistical principles and methodologies

Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, macros, formulas, data visualization), PowerPoint, and statistical software (SAS, Emblem)

Strong planning, analytical, decision-making, and communication skills with a solid understanding of how to improve business outcomes
