Temporary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Systems Administrator/Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, administration, and support of our new Treasury Management System (GTreasury), with a key focus on its integration with Oracle Cloud. This role requires a strong understanding of treasury operations, financial systems, and system integration best practices. Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of the GTreasury Treasury Management System, including configuration, testing, and go-live activities. Design, develop, and maintain integrations between GTreasury and Oracle Cloud, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. Collaborate with treasury, finance, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements, define system configurations, and troubleshoot issues. Provide ongoing administration, maintenance, and support for the GTreasury system, including user access management, system updates, and performance monitoring. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, integration processes, and user procedures. Conduct user training and provide support to ensure effective utilization of the GTreasury system. Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and other projects related to treasury technology. Ensure data integrity and security within the GTreasury system and its integrations. Stay informed of industry best practices and emerging technologies in treasury management systems and Oracle Cloud. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience with the GTreasury Treasury Management System, including implementation and administration. Strong experience in integrating financial systems, particularly with Oracle Cloud (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Cash Management). Solid understanding of treasury operations, including cash management, debt management, foreign exchange, and risk management. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Experience with project management methodologies is a plus. Benefits
