Overview
Major Accounts Sales District Manager at ADP. You will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory, cultivate new business opportunities, and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50 – 999 employees. Manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP’s suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline. ADP supports you with continuous sales training and the latest technology to set you up for success as you manage your book of business. In this role you will spend most of your time in the field selling, document and manage multiple sales cycles, and guide implementations until new business is up and running on the solutions you sell. Turn prospects into loyal clients by implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business. Deepen relationships across the ADP family by cultivating additional business within existing accounts and building lasting partnerships. Collaborate daily as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and extended networks while upholding high ethical standards. Qualifications Proven winner with a track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory. Positive self-starter with the ability to cold call, manage time effectively, and present ideas clearly in writing and verbally. Confidently fearless, embracing opportunities, taking calculated risks, and challenging the status quo. Entrepreneurial spirit, resourceful, thrives under pressure, and rebounds quickly. Trusted advisor who builds relationships, acts with integrity, and delivers on promises. A college degree is not required; if no degree, acceptable experience can include: Two+ years of quota-carrying, outside B2B sales experience; Three+ years in HCM, technology, business equipment, or software sales; Military experience with teamwork, resilience, negotiation, and solution-oriented mindset. Preferred qualifications Ability to build a network and use social media effectively for sales.
