Sales Representative, Major Accounts
to sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory, cultivate new business opportunities, and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management initiatives for companies with 50–999 employees.
Responsibilities
Sell ADP’s suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, manage complete sales cycles, and forecast sales pipeline.
Document and manage multiple sales cycles, implementing solutions through implementation until new business is up and running.
Collaborate daily with internal partners, partner as a trusted advisor, and serve as an ADP ambassador while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Grow our business while growing yours, winning business, and reaching sales goals independently and collaboratively across teams within your assigned geography.
Required Qualifications
Proven track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory.
Positive self-starter with a persistent style, ability to cold call, manage time well, and present ideas clearly.
Confidently fearless, embracing opportunities, taking risks, and challenging the status quo.
Entrepreneurial spirit, natural leader, resourceful, thrive under pressure, and bounce back quickly.
Trusted advisor who builds relationships, lives integrity, and delivers on promises.
