Responsibilities

Lead New Product Development (NPD) Strategy: Drive upstream marketing efforts from active discovery through planning, including product strategy, roadmap evolution, market opportunity assessments, and inorganic growth evaluations.

Develop and Execute Strategic Marketing Plans: Create annual and long-term plans aligned with business objectives, ensuring execution and cross-functional alignment.

Advance US Customer Solutions and Commercial Strategy: Support marketing plans for customer solutions, explore innovative business models (e.g., SaaS, alternative contracting), and contribute to technology release and strategic decision-making.

Drive Market and Portfolio Insights: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform product and solution strategy, ensuring strategic alignment and continuous improvement across the Medical Device Solutions (MDS) portfolio.

Education

Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience

5+ years of product or marketing management experience within the medical device industry required, including proven success launching and managing medical devices in the U.S. market.

New product development experience preferred.

Marketing experience associated with Vascular Access products preferred.

Strong understanding of clinical practices/workflows and healthcare provider needs required.

Outstanding communication, project management, and analytical skills.

Willingness to travel up to 25% to achieve our strategic goals.
