The facility will provide a comprehensive suite of behavioral health services and will consolidate Orlando Health’s behavioral health services in the area. We are seeking an experienced and strategic Risk Director to lead our facility's risk management efforts and ensure a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors. This leadership role will oversee the implementation of a comprehensive risk management program, collaborate with multiple departments to assess and mitigate risks, and promote a culture of safety throughout the organization. The Risk Director will lead incident investigations, manage compliance with regulations, and develop proactive strategies to prevent harm and potential liabilities.
