Prepare and cook Neapolitan-style pizzas in a wood-fired oven Hand stretch pizza dough to specifications Master pizza production to ensure consistent quality Work a busy service smoothly with attention to detail Qualifications

At least 1 year of kitchen experience Experience making Neapolitan style pizzas Hand stretch pizza dough Strong attention to detail Highly organized, detail oriented and punctual Great attitude, respectful and a team player Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours and lift at least 50 pounds Job details
