Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Shreveport, LA for a Commercial Property Manager. The Commercial Property Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of commercial properties, ensuring tenant satisfaction, handling lease administration, and conducting lease negotiations. Daily tasks will include managing property finances, coordinating maintenance and repairs, ensuring compliance with property regulations, and developing long-term property plans and budgets.
Duties and Responsibilities
Preparing and assisting in the review of reporting documents.
Participates in new business presentations
Provides daily property management services for assigned properties
Oversees major capitol repairs and construction projects
Maintains the primary contact for the tenants, maintenance crew, vendors, and owners of their assigned properties
Facilitates property inspections when necessary
Prepares and monitors budgets and related reports.
Reviews and codes invoices
Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and accommodate occasional travel
Qualifications
Proficiency in Lease Administration and Lease Negotiations
Strong Communication skills and experience in handling Leases
Experience in Property Management
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks simultaneously
Bachelor's degree in real estate, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in commercial real estate is a plus
Valid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance.
