What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Partner with executives and teams to identify and design AI-driven automation opportunities
Map, design, and prototype workflows using automation tools like n8n and Zapier
Build and deploy automation pilots to enhance operational efficiency
Teach teams to create and maintain their own automations, fostering AI fluency
Collaborate with IT and Data teams to ensure secure and scalable automation solutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
3–6 years of experience in operations, process design, or automation within a SaaS or technology environment
Proven ability to identify business challenges and develop effective automation solutions
Hands‑on experience with AI‑native automation tools such as n8n and Zapier
Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including large language models and workflow orchestration systems
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, comfortable working with executives and cross‑functional teams
