What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with customers to understand inbound demand capture and conversion processes
Identify critical breaks in the inbound flow across capture, enrichment, routing, and scheduling
Define and communicate the strategy for inbound and its connection to outbound efforts
Write clear product specifications and work with engineering and design teams on solutions
Track performance metrics and ensure alignment across marketing, sales, and customer success teams
What is Required (Qualifications):
5 or more years of product management experience in B2B SaaS
Experience with CRM, marketing automation, sales engagement, lead management, or workflow automation
Familiarity with inbound funnels and related concepts such as lead conversion and routing rules
Strong analytical skills and ability to make informed decisions with limited data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in building or scaling a product from 0 to 1 or driving early‑stage product adoption
Ability to lead a product vision that aligns cross‑functional teams
Experience contributing to a multi‑product platform with shared workflows
Creative problem‑solving skills and strong product taste
Previous experience in environments with high ownership and resource constraints
