Lead D.LUXURY’s mission to unlock the potential of our portfolio companies by developing and executing innovative marketing programs that outperform the market. As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will lead strategy and best-in-class execution across our portfolio of brands. This role manages account management, paid media, retention, creative, and conversion rate optimization. Responsibilities

You will be the “owner” of D.LUXURY’s brand growth strategies and execution management. You will build a strategy, develop the plan, and execute across the portfolio to obtain best-in-class results for all of our brands. Define the DTC playbook for the Performance Pods to execute across Paid Media, Email, SMS, Creative & CRO. Collaborate with teams on budgets for each brand that drive profitable growth. Be the champion of innovations, new strategies, and new channels so that our methodology evolves over time and stays ahead of the market. Your direct reports will be the Growth Strategists, Retention Director, Head of Design, and Technical Product Manager. Lead the Performance Pods, cross-functional teams that work on brands together. Recruit and hire top talent to meet our brand's performance marketing, email & SMS, and conversion rate optimization needs. Develop a resource planning system that considers capacity, training time, new brand onboarding, and aligning team members with brands based on skillset and time zone. Collaborate with the Business Development team on resourcing so team availability is aligned with new brand onboarding. Define the operating model to create consistent and effective tactics for all brands. Set department goals and team member performance targets. Troubleshoot performance challenges across the portfolio. Lead large brands in our portfolio with the support of the Performance Pod. Develop a brand retention strategy that drives the most value for the brands. Ensure activities are delivering on the scope and that brands are on budget, internally and externally. Propose expansion opportunities to grow their businesses. Collate and action on NPS brand survey findings to continue to improve our service. Lead DigitalRx+ audits for existing clients to establish the foundation for each brand’s ongoing strategy. Partner closely cross-functionally, both internally and externally, to ensure marketing programs and execution are helping to meet or exceed KPIs; driving company revenue & profitability. Collaborate with the BI team to evolve the DigitalRx Live platform. Qualifications

12-15+ years of managing e-commerce and marketing experience in fashion, beauty, wellness and/or home industries. Both in-house and agency performance is preferred but not required. An E-Commerce expert with a track record of driving significant digital growth. Experience to skew into performance marketing rather than brand marketing. Strong leader with experience in building and leading teams. Ability to clearly communicate and implement impactful strategies. A go-getter with a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and passion for cutting-edge marketing. Strong presentation and analytical skills. Details
