Base pay range
$60.00/hr - $85.00/hr Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience as a technical project manager leading IT infrastructure and security projects Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, DNS) and essential security concepts such as identity management, access control, and policy enforcement. Proven ability to translate complex technical architectures into clear, concise, and actionable summaries for both technical teams and executive leadership. Experienced in identifying, assessing, and mitigating technical risks related to cloud cutovers, downtime, application compatibility, and new security enforcement models. Demonstrated ability to define and manage the creation of key project deliverables, including implementation plans, architecture diagrams, Go/No-Go criteria, and deployment runbooks. experience leading network consolidation or migration projects, such as merging infrastructures post-merger or acquisition. Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and hands-on experience managing projects that reduce network trust boundaries and improve application security. PMP or equivalent industry-recognized certification. Experience integrating with major Identity Providers (e.g., Okta, Azure AD, Ping) to implement dynamic, attribute-based access control (ABAC) within Zscaler environments. Job Description
