We’re hiring a seasoned

Technical Infrastructure Project Manager

to join the

Systems Engineering – Project Management Team

at one of our leading entertainment clients. In this dynamic role, you’ll lead complex infrastructure and technology initiatives from kickoff through delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.

You’ll manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive execution excellence. If you thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and bring a strong technical background with exceptional organizational and leadership skills—this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle project management: planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, execution, and closure.

Manage concurrent infrastructure and systems engineering projects with a focus on quality, cost-efficiency, and timely delivery.

Collaborate with engineering, product, design, operations, vendors, and facilities to define scope and align execution plans.

Facilitate team meetings, design sessions, stakeholder updates, and vendor coordination.

Maintain clear and consistent project documentation and communication.

Track progress and manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

Proactively identify and resolve project risks and roadblocks.

Oversee equipment procurement, vendor management, invoice reconciliation, and budget tracking.

Ensure compliance with internal finance systems and reporting standards.

Drive accountability across teams for open tasks, change requests, and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of technical project management experience in infrastructure or systems engineering.

Proven success managing cross-functional projects with internal and external teams.

Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies.

Exceptional communication skills across technical and executive audiences.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to interpret technical and architectural documentation.

Experience managing vendors and ensuring contract deliverables, timelines, and budgets.

High emotional intelligence, leadership, and decision-making capabilities.

Self‑motivated, adaptable, and solution‑oriented.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Smartsheet, Slack, Zoom, OKTA, Google Workspace, and Box.

Physically able to participate in on-site construction walk‑throughs as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field.

PMP, MBA, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.

Experience in broadcast or media systems environments.

Background in consulting, client services, or vendor‑side project delivery.
