Responsible for preparing, reviewing, and/or executing assigned tax returns and accounting/consulting projects, working directly with Partners and Senior Managers Complete moderately complex projects accurately, thoroughly, and efficiently Supervising and leading members of the internal team to ensure client engagements are delivered in a timely manner Coordinate large client engagements, identify problems, analyze tax law and computer models, and help clients determine optimal strategies Participate in professional and personal development, including technical trainings Demonstrate leadership in support of firm policies and procedures to promote teamwork and loyalty Promote and create positive client and team member impressions by exhibiting professional demeanor and competence Qualifications
3+ years of previous public accounting experience CPA or on a timeline of obtaining CPA from date of hire Ability to research and resolve complex issues with minimal oversight Experience in planning and supervising larger engagements; prior tax return preparation experience is required Solid research and writing skills, excellent verbal communication and presentation skills, and ability to interact with all levels of staff and clients Competent working knowledge of accounting, auditing, and tax software Benefits
