EY-Parthenon - Strategy and Execution - Corporate Real Estate - Director - Capital Projects Location: Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, McLean, New York, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Seattle. EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Corporate Real Estate – Capital Projects practice focuses on large-scale capital programs and construction projects for government and commercial clients. Our CRE practice sits at the heart of a global EY real estate network to deliver high-quality advice across the real estate asset lifecycle.

What you will do

Lead strategic and/or operational corporate real estate issues for a national practice, working with practice leadership and client management to deliver innovative solutions.

Apply broad knowledge across at least three CRE capital projects disciplines: operating model and organizational design; program/project management and delivery; and data/technology enablement in capital planning and delivery.

Manage and execute projects across sectors, supporting client service teams and leveraging EY’s global network.

Responsibilities

Make informed decisions about people, place, and technology in large-scale capital programs and construction projects.

Collaborate with diverse teams to address complex CRE issues and challenges; mentor junior staff as needed.

Develop proposals, presentations, scorecards, and implementation documents; ensure accuracy and quality of work products.

Assess operating models, organizational structures, and business processes to streamline capital program management and project delivery.

Communicate EY’s point of view on capital program topics and trends; translate complex data into actionable insights.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, or related field with a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or a graduate degree with at least 3 years of related experience.

Credible experience supporting business development and delivery of strategic projects for large clients in capital program advisory, delivery, or related technology and data consulting.

Experience in at least three lifecycle disciplines of capital programs: operating model design and service delivery; program/project management and delivery; data/technology enablement.

Experience leading and managing in complex environments; strong analytical, negotiation, and influencing skills; excellent writing and presentation skills.

Proficiency with MS Office; ability to travel as needed and work beyond standard hours when required.

Must reside in or be commutable to the selected office location.

Ideal experience

Prior professional services or management consulting experience.

Graduate degree in a relevant field.

Professional accreditation in real estate, design, engineering, construction, or project management (e.g., PE, PMP, CPM, Lean Six Sigma).

Knowledge of applying AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
