Our team of strategic advisors sits at the heart of a global EY real estate network that delivers high quality advice through every phase of the real estate asset lifecycle. You will leverage EY’s global network to support various account teams, service lines, and solutions in order to tackle some of the largest and most complex corporate real estate, capital improvement and workplace challenges facing our clients.

Key Responsibilities To be effective in EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Corporate Real Estate – Capital Projects practice, you need to be able to make intelligent and informed decisions about people, place, and technology related to large‑scale capital programs and construction projects. You will be an important part of our diverse, talented, and highly experienced team and work at the forefront of high‑profile corporate real estate and capital improvement engagements.

As a Director within EY-Parthenon’s Strategy and Execution Corporate Real Estate – Capital Projects practice, you will spend your days working on strategic and/or operational corporate real estate issues, for both government and commercial clients, while working with practice leadership and client management to deliver innovative solutions. A Director should have broad knowledge of at least three core CRE capital projects disciplines – including 1) capital program/project operating model and organizational design, delivery methodology and vendor strategy, 2) capital program/project management and delivery, and 3) capital project/asset management IT / digital workplace strategy. This knowledge should be grounded in a passion for solving complex and often ambiguous client challenges. You will manage and execute projects across all sectors, supporting our client service teams across a national practice.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Engineering, Architecture, Business, Finance, or other business‑related field and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.

Credible, related work experience, supporting business development and driving delivery of strategic projects for a large client or set of clients in the field of capital program/project strategic advisory, delivery and monitoring, or project management technology and data consulting.

Knowledge and experience in at least three of the core capital program/project lifecycle disciplines of 1) operating model design, organizational design, and service delivery, 2) program/project management, oversight and delivery, and 3) data and technology enablement in capital program/project planning and delivery.

Experience supporting project management activities, such as resource planning, schedule development, engagement pricing, and budget management.

Excellent analytical skills and the confidence to translate complex data into meaningful insights.

Experience leading and managing in complex business environments.

Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, and the ability to develop long‑lasting relationships both internally and externally.

Exceptional writing and presentation skills.

High proficiency with the MS Office Suite of Products.

You must either reside in or be in a commutable distance to your office location for this position.

The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.

Ideally, you will have

Prior professional services or management consulting experience.

Graduate degree in a relevant field/discipline.

Established networking skills.

Professional accreditation in real estate, design, engineering, construction, project management and process improvements, such as PE, PMP, CCE, PSP, CPM and Lean Six Sigma.

Knowledge of how to leverage firm‑approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.

What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $115,100 to $239,800. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.

Join us in our team‑led and leader‑enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40‑60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year.

Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well‑being.
