VP of Operations - Chiropractic Health Partners (CHP) - Brydon Portfolio Company Chiropractic Health Partners (CHP) is a Management Services Organization (MSO) that acquires and grows practices by providing its partner physicians with the resources, analytics, and expertise needed to add new service lines, build de novo locations, recruit additional providers, improve marketing and optimize processes. The Brydon Group invested in CHP in July 2023 to support growth in healthcare services, B2B, B2G and software services. The Vice President of Operations will report to the Chief Executive Officer and lead CHP’s operations across practices that may be multidisciplinary and regionally integrated. The role requires high financial acumen, hands-on leadership, and a focus on operational efficiency to benefit employees, physicians, providers, and patients. Base pay and location

Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $175,000.00/yr Location: Preference for Baltimore, MD / Washington, DC area or Tampa / Sarasota, FL area; hybrid and remote models possible. Up to 50% travel depending on location. Responsibilities

Hold P&L accountability for the assigned region, leading a management team of Practice Administrators and staff; manage revenue growth, operations, labor, contract management and clinical outcomes Implement The Remarkable Practice (TRP) operational processes to support new services, equipment, and cash-pay care plans Manage development of de novos from concept to opening and reconfiguration of existing centers Develop and implement strategic operating plans and goals for the assigned region Identify opportunities to drive profitability by addressing gaps in service quality, policies, and procedures; design, implement, and monitor solutions Maintain knowledge of community and regional healthcare market and industry issues; stay aware of competitors in the region Provide guidance on third-party payer contracting, including fee-for-service and value-based contracts Develop and implement regional growth strategies (e.g., adding ancillary services, recruiting providers, opening new offices, acquiring practices) Demonstrate CHP’s mission, vision, and values; lead and coach direct reports while ensuring compliance, confidentiality, and ethical standards Build relationships with physicians, communicate initiatives, and manage change effectively Lead corporate initiatives through thoughtful change management and perseverance Promote cooperation and teamwork with physicians, leadership, and staff; influence diverse stakeholders Assess staffing needs and support ongoing talent development and hiring Address technology value, cost, benefits, and risk as it relates to operations Qualifications

8+ years of healthcare experience with 5+ years of multi-site Practice Leadership experience (required) Master’s Degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management or related discipline (strongly preferred) M&A Integration experience in healthcare (preferred) Leadership experience in a large, for-profit multi-site organization (required) Experience in a growth-oriented, fast-paced environment Excellent management, program implementation, and quality improvement skills Proven success in growing a healthcare operation Experience partnering with physicians in clinic operations and expansion Previous management consulting, investment banking, or private equity experience (a plus) Characteristics and behaviors for success
