What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead the transformation of the Exchange product into a cloud‑native architecture while overseeing a large team of engineers
Drive Agile methodologies and establish an execution‑first culture to improve product delivery
Modernize legacy systems and implement containerization, orchestration, and automation
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align on best practices and deliver modernization initiatives
Use data‑driven metrics to guide decisions and track progress towards measurable revenue growth
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
20+ years of software engineering experience in a SaaS environment, including 7+ years in leadership roles
Proven experience managing large global teams (50+) and offshore development
Deep expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Infrastructure‑as‑Code, and automation
Strong technical judgment with a history of using metrics to inform decisions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in healthcare or other regulated industries
Proven track record of driving revenue growth through product modernization
History of building high‑performing engineering cultures with measurable improvements
Familiarity with modern frameworks such as Playwright, Vite, Vue/Nuxt, Angular, and React
Ability to enhance developer productivity through effective leadership and tools
