Responsibilities
Lead the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring successful delivery of new features and enhancements
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings
Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on business impact and customer feedback
Own product performance and continuously assess metrics to optimize for business outcomes
Support the design of the user interface and experience, leveraging industry best practices and competitive research
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
5+ years of experience in product development for the insurance sector
Proven track record of successfully bringing innovative products to market and driving revenue growth
Strong understanding of product development processes, from ideation to launch
Excellent writing, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with intelligent document processing technologies and business orchestration and automation solutions, such as Workflow, OCR, IDP, RPA, and AI-driven document analysis
Ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams when necessary
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering a high-quality work product
