We’re looking for a high-energy Plumbing Engineer to join our Building Mechanical team and deliver innovative plumbing design solutions for heavy industrial clients. You will work with a multi-discipline team to perform field investigations, interface with clients & vendors, size and select equipment, and prepare construction design packages. You’ll be accountable for the schedule and technical quality of challenging engineering tasks while aligning with the client’s expectations, scope, budget, and schedule. Base pay range:
$102,900.00/yr - $135,075.00/yr . Responsibilities
Development of the design criteria for the Plumbing systems. Layout and design of Plumbing systems including sanitary sewer, process sewer, potable water, hot water, natural gas, and roof drainage. Development of final design documents including specifications for these systems. Coordination with other disciplines. Qualifications
Professional Engineering License. At least eight (8) years’ experience in the design of Plumbing systems. Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to the design of Plumbing systems. Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Adaptability to work within a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines. Ability to lead a building mechanical team on a project and to collaborate with other discipline team members remotely. Preferred / Additional
Software experience in Revit. Experience in utility piping system design. Benefits and compensation
