$160,000.00/yr - $190,000.00/yr We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for our Salt Lake City office. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least one of the following areas: bodily injury, first party bad faith defense, and general insurance defense. Key Responsibilities
Draft motions and/or conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision Handle civil cases through trial Qualifications
Must be licensed to practice law in Utah (additional state licensure is a plus) 6+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred) Experience in at least one of the following areas: bodily injury, first party bad faith defense, and general insurance defense. (Required) What We Offer
