The unit includes two operating rooms and two recovery rooms, permitting family access for instant bonding. Our on-site obstetric emergency department is also available for evaluation of obstetric issues 24/7. The Women's Pavilion is a 24-bed unit which consists of antepartum, postpartum as well as medical-surgical patients. Both units serve a very diverse population spanning over 33 counties; our highly skilled perinatologists receive referrals from throughout this geographic region for high-risk pregnancies, fetal surgeries, and pregnancy terminations. We have a robust fetal care and treatment center and family planning department that contribute to our patient population needing pregnancy termination for various indications including for maternal, fetal and elective indications.
