What You’ll Do

Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal systems (Ease, CRM, carrier reports, and internal tools).

Build and maintain monthly business review (MBR) reports tracking participation, engagement, renewals, and retention.

Create visual dashboards and presentation decks that clearly communicate key performance insights.

Analyze trends, risks, and opportunities to support business and client decisions.

Automate and streamline recurring data processes using AI tools, formulas, or scripts.

Collaborate with Account Management, Renewals, and Operations teams to align on KPIs and maintain data accuracy.

Proactively identify data issues, recommend solutions, and improve efficiency in reporting workflows.

Ensure smooth and effective data management from start to finish, setting high standards for accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all documentation and reporting.

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business intelligence.

Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, lookups, data validation).

Strong data visualization skills using Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.

Proven attention to detail and ability to manage data accuracy across large datasets.

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement.

Strong communication skills — able to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences.

Team player who collaborates effectively across departments.

Curiosity and enthusiasm for AI tools and automation that enhance efficiency and insights.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience in healthcare, insurance, or benefits administration.

Familiarity with Monday.com or Salesforce.
