Lenny Learning is an AI-powered behavioral health and academic toolkit used by thousands of educators across the country. We’re scaling quickly and looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to own and grow our school district partnerships.

This role is both relational and operational: you will manage school district accounts end-to-end, lead sales and leadership-level conversations, train school staff, and build the tech-driven systems that help us scale.

What You’ll Do

Own partnerships : Manage school and district accounts from first outreach through long-term success.

Drive sales : Prospect, pitch, and close new district partnerships; navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles confidently.

Train educators : Lead onboarding and professional development sessions for hundreds and thousands of teachers, counselors, and administrators.

Engage leadership : Present to principals, superintendents, and district leaders with clarity and confidence.

Build systems & workflows : Create repeatable processes, outreach workflows, and playbooks that make the partnerships team more effective.

Leverage technology : Use CRM, mass communications, and workflow automation to scale outreach, track progress, and support accounts efficiently.

in B2B sales or school partnerships with a proven record of prospecting, closing, and growing accounts.

Success managing

complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles

in education or similar relationship-driven industries.

Excellent communicator & presenter : can lead a training for teachers in the morning and present to a superintendent in the afternoon.

Extremely tech-savvy : quick to learn and master tools, build workflows, and set up scalable communications.

High agency and initiative : thrives in an early-stage, fast-moving environment; self-starter who builds solutions, not just follows playbooks.

Motivated by mission
