We are seeking an experienced
Marketing Strategy Director
to drive long-term profitable growth through the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across integrated channels. This role combines analytical thinking, creative execution, and cross-functional collaboration to shape data-driven go-to-market initiatives that strengthen brand performance and deliver measurable ROI and ROO outcomes. As a strategic leader, you’ll help define marketing roadmaps, create actionable program plans, and oversee campaign execution across multiple channels — from mass media to digital engagement — ensuring seamless delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and manage comprehensive
marketing strategies and go-to-market plans
aligned with business objectives and market performance goals. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create and deliver
integrated campaigns
across mass, direct, digital, and employee channels. Monitor, track, and analyze campaign performance using
financial and operational metrics
such as ROI and ROO to measure success and optimize future initiatives. Lead the creation of
program, product, pricing, and communication plans , ensuring effective alignment with brand and product strategy. Apply
marketing analytics and statistical analysis
to interpret business and member data, identify opportunities, and support decision-making. Evaluate
marketing technologies, platforms, and products
for scalability, innovation, and alignment with strategic objectives. Guide cross-functional teams and agency partners in executing deliverables on time, on budget, and in compliance with established processes. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. (In lieu of a degree, 4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted.) Experience: 6+ years of experience in
marketing strategy, business analysis, or campaign management . Proven success in developing and managing
multi-channel marketing initiatives . Strong analytical background with demonstrated experience applying
ROI, ROO, and performance metrics
to marketing outcomes. Advanced proficiency in
Microsoft Office Suite
(Word, Excel, Access). Strong understanding of
industry data sources
and data-driven decision-making. Preferred Skills Experience managing
agency relationships
and complex project timelines. Knowledge of
process management, strategic planning, and roadmap development . Strong business acumen with the ability to synthesize data into actionable marketing insights. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
