Cash Application Specialist
to join our Treasury team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely application of payments, while partnering with internal teams and customers to resolve any discrepancies. Each day, you’ll be diving into the details—posting daily payments, reconciling reports, and following up on open items with our account teams. You’ll also help resolve payment issues and ensure all documentation is audit-ready. Your work helps keep our financial operations running smoothly and efficiently. What You’ll Be Doing
Accurately apply and post daily cash receipts Ensure timely processing of all payments Work with debtors and account executives to resolve payment issues Research and clear unapplied cash and open credits Prepare cash posting reports for the Treasury Manager Respond to audit requests with accurate documentation Support other treasury tasks as needed What Makes You a Great Fit
High school diploma required; college coursework in Accounting, Finance, or Business preferred 1–3 years of accounting or treasury experience (transportation industry experience a plus) Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word Strong written and verbal communication skills (bilingual in English/Spanish a plus) Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Confident using a 10-key keypad Organized, analytical, and able to work independently or as part of a team Eager to learn and follow clear instructions from leadership Apply now and take the next step in your career.
