Responsibilities: Work with caregivers to integrate the principles of assisted living and Bickford’s culture into all aspects of resident care. Develop and participate in the on-call schedule to support clinical needs after hours. Maintain regulatory compliance. Communicate proactively and effectively with residents and families to enhance engagement. Oversee and manage the process and staff who administer resident medications, ensuring delivery in accordance with physician orders. Coordinate health care services with external care providers and physicians to meet resident needs. Manage partnerships with local vendors to ensure quality external care providers service residents within the branch. Qualifications: RN license. Willingness to take additional training or education as required by specific states. CPR and First Aid certifications are required. Ability to handle multiple priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Competent organizational and time management skills. Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Benefits and employment details: Full-time employees are eligible for all benefits (medical, dental, vision, and voluntary products). Part-time employees (29 or fewer hours per week) are eligible for Voluntary Life, Voluntary Short-Term Disability, Voluntary Long-Term Disability, Accident, and other voluntary benefits.
