Reliant is a leading rehab therapy provider for skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) where therapists deliver rehabilitation services for our most vulnerable population. Responsibilities
Provide Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) therapy and related services for patients while maintaining positive interactions with facilities and clients in accordance with SLP practices and Reliant guidelines. Screen and evaluate patients, develop initial and ongoing treatment plans, coordinate discharge planning, and manage cases as appropriate. Maintain professional conduct reflecting Reliant Rehabilitation’s commitment to quality and service in all interactions with clients and facilities. Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding speech-language pathology therapy. Optimize communication, cognitive-linguistic abilities, and swallowing skills of patients by providing, directing, and/or overseeing therapy. Build and advance a robust SLP program and participate in continuing education to grow clinically and professionally. Maintain awareness of issues related to the profession and the healthcare environment; comply with infection control and safety protocols within facilities. Qualifications
Master’s Degree, or equivalent, in Speech Language Pathology Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license (where applicable) Computer literate and proficient in clinical documentation; basic Internet navigation skills Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend in English (instructions, charts, memos, reports) Education/Experience
Master’s Degree, or equivalent, in Speech Language Pathology Certifications and Licenses
Valid Speech-Language Pathologist state license (where appropriate) Benefits
