Lead consultative sales processes for complex, high-value solutions in technical B2B contexts. Coach, supervise, train, and evaluate performance of technical sales teams. Define and implement technical sales strategies aligned with business goals. Manage the sales funnel and technical-commercial pipeline; drive business development and expansion of key accounts. Identify new business opportunities through market intelligence, industry events, and benchmarking. Develop market entry strategies and generate qualified leads; ensure effective negotiation and contract closing. Prepare proposals, quotes, and technical presentations in coordination with R&D, engineering, and client production teams. Utilize CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) for performance analysis, opportunity tracking, and forecasting. Qualifications
Completed an Engineering degree (preferably Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial). Postgraduate studies or certifications in commercial management, leadership, or administration (MBA or similar desirable). Languages: Bilingual in Spanish and English, minimum C1 level in English (spoken, written, and technical); ability to lead international meetings and present technical proposals in English. Minimum 6-8 years of total experience in technical B2B sales, including at least 3 years in commercial leadership or technical management roles. Proven experience in industrial sectors such as machinery, automation, manufacturing, robotics, energy, or similar. Track record of meeting sales targets, business development, and strategic account growth. Experience managing technical sales teams: coaching, supervision, training, and performance evaluation. Experience leading consultative sales processes for complex, high-value solutions. Preferred: MBA or diplomas in leadership or commercial management; certifications in consultative sales (SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, Miller Heiman, or similar). Experience leading industrial bids or complex technical purchasing processes; knowledge of national and international industrial regulations. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; ability to motivate, develop, and retain technical-commercial talent; assertive communication with multidisciplinary teams and key clients. Strategic thinking, market orientation, and long-term planning abilities; proficiency with decision analytics (cost, ROI, TCO). Experience with CRM and digital sales tools; ability to manage multiple opportunities across different stages. Mobility: availability for national and international travel; attendance at trade fairs and client plant visits. Compensation
Fixed annual salary:
$70,000 to $80,000 Profit-based bonuses Additional bonuses Seniorities and Employment Type
