We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join Tesla's Megapack Sales Team as a Sales Process Manager. In this senior-level role, you will define and execute programs to streamline the end-to-end sales process for utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) deployments. As the primary advocate for sales processes within the broader Megapack organization, you will map workflows, drive efficiency improvements, and foster collaboration across multiple teams including finance, product, and operations. This internal-facing position requires a deep understanding of sales dynamics and the battery industry, supporting Tesla’s mission to accelerate the world’s transition to sustainable energy through innovative solutions and exponential business growth. What You''ll Do

Interface with the Megapack Sales Team and broader organization to learn, map, and codify sales processes while identifying opportunities for optimization Define and drive initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the sales team and supporting functions, delivering measurable improvements in speed and effectiveness Report to the Head of Megapack Sales to ensure alignment with sales priorities and secure leadership support for key programs Collaborate with supporting organizations such as finance, product, and operations to hold teams accountable for deliverables and provide essential sales support Contribute directly to the success of the Megapack Sales Team by leading strategic enhancements that drive business growth and innovation What You''ll Bring

Minimum of 5-7 years of work experience, ideally in the renewable energy space or power sector Extensive experience in a similar role within sales or sales operations Proven track record in implementing multi-stakeholder programs, organizational changes, and process improvements Excellent project management and reporting capabilities Degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent experience Working knowledge of battery systems, power conversion, and grid markets Experience managing workflows in fast-paced, dynamic environments Benefits

$144,000 - $216,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
