Dear Media is looking for a strategic and creatively driven Integrated Sales Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you\u2019ll play a critical part in shaping how brand partnerships come to life across our network of culturally influential voices. You\u2019ll translate advertiser objectives into thoughtful, on-brand proposals, craft innovative multi-platform concepts, and own the design and evolution of our sales and marketing collateral. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong storytelling instincts, and can seamlessly blend creativity with strategic thinking. Base pay range
$80,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Responsibilities
Manage and maintain a robust RFP response process across the entire sales team, ensuring proposals are accurate, timely, and strategically aligned 2 often managing multiple proposals simultaneously under tight deadlines Concept, price and package creative brand campaign ideas, integrating audio, social, experiential, video, newsletters, editorial and other multichannel offerings across the roster Translate brand briefs and campaign goals into cohesive, 360 b marketing plans, leveraging Dear Media\'s podcast network, social media reach, influencer talent, and digital properties Leverage data and insights to evaluate potential campaign performance, optimize tactics, and provide strategic recommendations based on brand goals Build and maintain sales marketing materials including custom pitch decks, media kits, one-sheets, and post-campaign case studies Interact with key brand stakeholders in collaboration with sellers to effectively pitch campaigns and educate on the “who” and “why” of Dear Media Format pitch materials in collaboration with a graphic designer for integrated campaigns, including sales collateral, digital ads, social media content, influencer mood boards, and branded event visuals Effectively manage a high inbound and outbound of proposals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and execute brand marketing campaigns (social, editorial, production, sales, campaign management, partnership strategy) Efficiently transition sold campaigns from pre to post sale to ensure post-sale support teams are clear on creative concepts and deliverables for a seamless campaign execution Support brand partner retention by developing performance recaps, thought-leadership presentations, and strategic renewal packages Qualifications
Based in
Austin or LA Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in an ad sales marketing role within digital advertising, influencer marketing or a related field preferred. Proven track record of
building and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns , including concepting, planning, and post-campaign analysis. Excellent
visual storytelling and presentation design ability Strong
writing and communication skills , with the ability to tailor messaging for both internal and external stakeholders. Detail-oriented and highly organized , able to manage multiple fast-moving projects and deadlines simultaneously.
