Newhouse is seeking a Marketing Strategy & Insights Manager to support our Director of Strategy across campaign planning, analytics, and reporting. This role bridges creative, media, and influencer disciplines—helping transform data into insights and insights into strategy. You’ll help develop proposals, create campaign decks, build dashboards and reports, and track performance across platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative curiosity and thrives in a fast-moving, collaborative agency environment.
What You’ll Do
Partner with the Director of Strategy on campaign strategy, proposals, and wrap reports
Collect and analyze campaign data across paid, social, and influencer channels
Create dashboards and visualizations that track KPIs and surface actionable insights
Support creative and influencer teams with audience and performance analysis
Contribute to campaign narratives, POVs, and new business presentations
Monitor audience trends, competitive activity, and emerging digital platforms
Help connect creative ideas to measurable business outcomes
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in marketing strategy, analytics, or media (agency preferred)
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and data visualization tools
Strong analytical and storytelling skills — can translate numbers into narratives
Familiarity with influencer and social campaign structures
Excellent communication and deck-building skills (Google Slides, Keynote)
Organized, proactive, and collaborative — comfortable supporting multiple projects
