Houston, TX (In-Office) Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: $180,000 - $275,000 base + bonus Benefits: Employer-paid health, dental, and vision | 401(k) with match | 10 PTO days + 5 sick days in year one Responsibilities
Manage and try significant commercial cases from start to finish, including contract disputes, real estate litigation, construction claims, fraud and fiduciary duty matters, partnership and shareholder disputes, insurance coverage claims, and select appellate issues. Involved in all phases—strategy development, discovery, motion practice, depositions, court hearings, settlement negotiations, and trial. Qualifications
Minimum 7 years of commercial/business litigation experience Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar First or second chair trial experience required; TRO/TI experience preferred Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with a trial-driven team Strong courtroom advocacy, writing, and client communication skills Must be able to work in-office in Houston, TX Why This Role
