Business Litigation Associate Attorney

to support its expanding commercial litigation practice. This is a high-impact opportunity for attorneys ready to step into a client-facing, case-running role with exceptional growth potential.

Position Overview The firm seeks a mid-level associate (3‑7 years) experienced in business and commercial litigation. This position offers the ability to manage your own caseload, handle complex matters, and collaborate closely with seasoned litigators in a supportive, results‑driven culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage business litigation matters from pre-suit to resolution

Draft and argue motions, briefs, discovery responses, and legal memoranda

Conduct client consultations, witness interviews, and case evaluations

Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials

Handle a wide array of disputes including contract, shareholder, partnership, and commercial tort claims

Support business development through firm-sponsored initiatives

What You’ll Need

3‑7 years of civil litigation experience, with a strong preference for commercial or business disputes

Active and in good standing with the Arizona Bar

Strong legal writing, research, and courtroom skills

Organized, self‑motivated, and capable of managing multiple deadlines

Interest in growing your practice and mentoring younger attorneys
