The Diplomat Beach Resort Hollywood, Curio Collection by Hilton is seeking a Guest Services Manager to join their leadership team. This 1000-room oceanfront resort offers two beachside pools, a Dip & Slide splash pad for kids, and 1,000 linear feet of alabaster beach with stunning views and dining options. This position will report to the director/assistant director of front office and oversee a team of 16 union bell and door team members as well as one concierge. Shift Pattern:

candidates should be available to work AM and PM shifts, any day of the week, including weekends and holidays as needed. Salary Range:

$83,000.00 - $88,000.00, final offer based on experience. The Benefits

As Guest Services Manager, you would be responsible for managing Guest Services operations to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would perform the following tasks to the highest standards: Manage all Guest Service operations including guest luggage/package storage, porterage and amenity drops, gratuity distribution, systems management, labor budgeting/forecasting, department management, policy and procedure implementation, and meeting participation/facilitation Oversee daily operations in all Guest Services departments Collaborate with third-party parking vendors and in-house sales/events teams for group arrivals Manage administrative projects and ensure adherence to established quality standards Monitor and develop team member performance, including supervision, scheduling, counseling and evaluations, and recognition Monitor and address service and satisfaction trends and implement improvements accordingly Recruit, interview and train team members What are we looking for?
