Financial ERP Solution Architect for SourceAP (Full Time, Remote) role at MetaSource. Responsibilities
Oversee End-to-End Implementation: Manages the full client implementation lifecycle — from project kickoff through deployment, hypercare, stabilization, and process improvement — ensuring all defined steps and deliverables are completed. Client Relationship Management: Serves as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, facilitating regular communication, setting clear expectations, and maintaining alignment on goals, timelines, and outcomes. Project Planning and Execution: Develops and maintains implementation plans, schedules, milestones, and resource allocations. Tracks progress against scope, time, and budget to ensure successful delivery. Solution Design and Validation: Collaborates with stakeholders to ensure the solution design meets business requirements. Validates functional and technical specifications before build and deployment. Cross-Functional Coordination: Leads collaboration among technical, operations, support, and service delivery teams. Assigns responsibilities, manages dependencies, and ensures seamless handoffs between internal stakeholders. Risk, Issue, and Change Management: Proactively identifies risks and issues, maintains a comprehensive log of issues, and coordinates resolution activities. Manages scope adjustments through formal Change Request (CR) or Internal Change Request (ICR) processes. Quality Assurance and Readiness: Oversees testing strategies, including integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate performance and functionality. Conducts internal readiness reviews to ensure the organization is prepared for steady-state operations. Client Enablement and Training: Supports client readiness by assessing adoption gaps, delivering supplemental training, and providing resources, documentation, and best practices to ensure successful solution usage. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establishes monitoring protocols and reporting cadences to track post-go-live health, usage trends, and satisfaction metrics. Use insights to guide proactive improvements. Continuous Improvement Leadership: Conducts post-implementation reviews, captures lessons learned, and collaborates with internal teams to refine processes, templates, and tools for future implementations. Inform Product Roadmap Through Client Insights: Gathers, synthesizes, and communicates client feedback, feature requests, and emerging needs from implementation engagements to product management. Translates recurring themes and client use cases into actionable insights that help shape future enhancements to the solution. Collaborate on Value Messaging and Content: Partners with product marketing to translate customer outcomes, adoption successes, and value realization stories into compelling content. Contributes to the creation of case studies, best practice guides, and thought leadership materials that showcase product impact and support market positioning. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, or a related field plus 5+ years of related experience. Experience should include client implementation, project management, solution delivery, and/or customer success in a technology, SaaS, or BPO environment. Proven success managing multiple, concurrent projects with complex requirements and tight timelines. Understanding of solution design principles, data workflows, and technical documentation. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams. Exceptional communication, presentation, and client relationship skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language. Demonstrated ability to solve problems under pressure, manage competing priorities, and drive projects to successful completion. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy, quality, and continuous improvement. Highly self-motivated and effective in autonomous, fast-paced environments while maintaining strong accountability to deliverables and outcomes. Preferred Qualifications
