The ideal candidate is a seasoned Google Workspace expert with a proven track record of migrating organizations from legacy platforms (like Microsoft 365/Exchange, Lotus Notes) and deploying secure, scalable, and efficient Google Workspace environments. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, guiding them through complex technical challenges and ensuring a smooth transition to Google Workspace. This position requires a blend of deep technical expertise, project execution discipline, and exceptional communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Technical Deployments: Architect and execute comprehensive Google Workspace migration and deployment projects, from initial technical discovery and assessment to post-launch support. Perform hands-on data migrations using industry-standard tools (e.g., CloudM, BitTitan MigrationWiz, Google\'s native tools). Google Workspace Administration: Configure and optimize the Google Workspace Admin Console based on client requirements and industry best practices. This includes setting up organizational units (OUs), user provisioning, security policies, data loss prevention (DLP), device management, and mail routing. Identity & Access Management: Implement and configure directory synchronization using tools like Google Cloud Directory Sync (GCDS) and configure Single Sign-On (SSO) with third-party identity providers (e.g., Okta, Azure AD). Technical Troubleshooting: Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues that arise during deployment, including mail flow problems, DNS configuration (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and migration failures. Client Consultation & Advisory: Conduct technical workshops with client stakeholders to gather requirements, present proposed solutions, and provide expert guidance on Google Workspace features and security best practices. Documentation & Training: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including solution designs, configuration guides, and migration runbooks. Deliver technical training sessions to client IT staff. Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers, Sales Engineers, and other internal teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
