Position Summary The Digital Advertising Manager – Paid Social is responsible for managing and optimizing client campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram). This role requires a mix of

strategic insight and executional rigor : you’ll directly manage campaigns, test creative, refine targeting, and provide clear performance reporting. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to strengthen the product offering and build processes that ensure clients consistently receive outstanding results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Campaign Management & Optimization:

Build and manage Paid Social campaigns across Meta platforms, including audience targeting, creative testing, and budget management.

Creative Strategy:

Guide the development of high-performing ad creative (copy, imagery, and video), working with the creative team to align ads with performance goals.

Data-Driven Optimization:

Monitor performance daily, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement real-time optimizations.

Performance Reporting:

Deliver clear, client-friendly reporting that shows results against KPIs and demonstrates the value of the service.

Product Improvement:

Partner with leadership to identify weaknesses in the current offering and help shape systems, processes, and best practices that reduce churn and improve retention.

Collaboration:

Work cross-functionally with Social Media Managers, Success Managers, and Creatives to ensure campaigns are aligned with client goals and brand voice.

Innovation:

Stay ahead of Paid Social trends, tools, and platform updates; proactively implement strategies that increase performance.

Prerequisite Knowledge, Skills, and Education

Experience:

3–5 years managing Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns with proven track record of performance (CPL, ROAS, CPA, etc.).

Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, audience segmentation, creative testing, and funnel optimization. Experience with reporting tools (Google Analytics, Looker Studio, etc.) is a plus.

Strategic Mindset:

Ability to connect Paid Social performance to broader client goals and business outcomes.

Executional Excellence:

Hands-on campaign manager with a commitment to detail, testing, and continuous improvement.

Communication:

Strong written and verbal skills; able to explain performance results and strategy to clients and internal teams in simple, clear terms.

Organizational Skills:

Able to manage multiple campaigns/accounts simultaneously in a remote environment.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred, or proven experience in lieu of.

Campaign Performance:

Meet or exceed client KPIs (CTR, CPL, ROAS, CPA, conversion rates).

Client Retention:

Direct impact on reducing churn for advertising clients.

Budget Stewardship:

Optimize budgets for efficiency and ROI.
