Principal Engineer

Hazen and Sawyer . Seeking a Principal Engineer with 6-10 years of experience in delivering water projects for municipal clients. The candidate must hold an active ME Professional Engineer license. The minimum educational requirements are a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil/Environmental/Chemical Engineering with an MS preferred. The position will include leading and delivering municipal water facilities planning and design projects. The job tasks will include project management, preparation of assessment and design reports, performing design calculations, equipment sizing/selection, preparation of construction documents, support construction management/ commissioning needs, etc. Field work and site visits from planning through construction may be required with occasional travel. He/She must be proficient in English and have strong verbal and written communication skills. The candidate must be proficient in all computer software typically used (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). CADD and other software (GIS, etc.) skills will be considered a plus. The candidate must have strong organizational skills. Responsibilities Include
