You will be onsite in the Microsoft Innovation Hub in New York City, NY, and will merge business and technical requirements to craft comprehensive solutions, working with various stakeholders. Responsibilities
Delivering customer engagements: Prepare and deliver technical engagements including strategy sessions, envisioning workshops, architecture design sessions and rapid prototyping to demonstrate key capabilities, validate against identified risks and finalize technology choices. AI Transformation Leadership: Be the trusted voice within the business and for customers on the latest AI platform and technology trends, guiding their transformation journeys. Prioritize AI use cases through design thinking workshops and lead these journeys effectively. Strategic Vision and Planning: Own and execute a clear strategic vision for AI transformation initiatives on a set of targeted accounts, aligning with organizational goals and customer needs by collaborating and orchestrating cross-functional teams. Solution Design and Architecture: Develop comprehensive solution architectures based on patterns and practices tied to customer requirements and ensure solutions are scalable, secure and optimized for performance. Cross Platform Collaboration: Integrate capabilities across the entire cloud platform, identifying synergies and optimizing cross-platform integration. Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to advance the Innovation Hub’s cross-solution AI transformation. Technical Depth: Maintain and grow expertise in Microsoft 365, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform to support AI transformation initiatives; stay updated with market trends and engage with technical communities. Technical Sales and Sales Leadership: Act as a strategic change agent to shape Microsoft’s programs and engineering offerings; lead the creation of scalable, field-relevant assets and connect technical capabilities to sales opportunities. Required Qualifications 7+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect (or comparable role), with hands-on expertise in collaboration and business solutions technologies—particularly Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Business Applications: expertise in Copilot Studio & Power Platform; solution design, governance, security, integration, automation, and Center of Excellence leadership Modern Work: expertise in M365, M365 Copilot, Copilot Agents including solution design, deployment, governance, security, integration, automation, and user enablement Development: ability to build AI solutions with Copilot Studio, M365 and Power Platform, integrating low-code with pro-code using Python, C#, HTML5, SQL, JavaScript Architecture: understanding of the broader Microsoft Cloud stack and how it complements modern workplace components 5+ years as a Solutions Architect or similar role with demonstrated experience in enterprise-grade architecture and cloud/hybrid infrastructures Other Requirements: Microsoft is unable to sponsor a work visa for this role due to the nature of the job duties Preferred or Additional Qualifications
Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform including governance, security, integration, automation, user enablement, and Center of Excellence leadership AI Solution Design Experience: designing architectures and deploying AI solutions that integrate with Microsoft Copilot; familiarity with Copilot Studio, Large Language Models, prompt engineering, agentic architectures, responsible AI practices, and Azure AI services Certifications: relevant certifications (e.g., Azure AI Engineer Associate AI-102, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert PL-600) or other domain-relevant certifications Enterprise Architect experience: designing and implementing large-scale solutions that align with business goals and technical requirements Strategic & Structured Facilitator: experience in requirements capture, prioritization, evidence collection and quantifying business value; use of consultative selling to navigate complex technical landscapes Additional Information
